Design Rationale
This project had to hit all the sweet spots in a market driven by both flexibility and functionality. Commissioned by a forward-thinking developer who saw a marketplace devoid of new modern options, this bottom-line-driven home is of both high quality and high design. We had the opportunity to go carte blanche with only one caveat: the price had to be right. The design was fluid and included all the trademarks of a custom FLASHhouse with a departure from some of the exterior treatments in our other designs. Tudor embodies the evolution of our brand.
